Donation Request Form

Paula’s Donuts appreciates our community and all of our loyal customers. We would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for the continued support of our community since we first opened in 1996.

Every year we receive thousands of donation requests. We try very hard to help everyone as much as possible and do not like to turn away anyone in need. We would like to continue to help everyone who has supported us throughout the years and therefore have dedicated a budget each quarter specifically to help our community with their donation requests. With that in mind once the allotted budget for each quarter is reached no other donation will be accepted/granted until the following quarter.

To request a donation

Please send all donation requests on letter head to Paulasdonuts@aol.com or fill out our Donation Request Form. We are unable to accept any donations that are mailed or delivered in person. All donation requests must be made no later than 10 days prior to an event and no sooner than two months prior to the event.

Please make sure the following information is included in each letter:

• Agency name, address, and phone number

• Contact name and phone number

• E-mail address

• Date of event and location

• Purpose of event

Any gift card donations that are not picked up within the week will be taken back and used to help another cause. We truly value everyone and understand that each cause is important. If we are unable to donate and/or respond to your cause this quarter please feel free to contact us for your next event. Please limit the amount of requests per year so others may have their donation requests fulfilled as well.

Fundraisers

We also have fundraising options available to help people raise money in a way that is not solely based on donation. If you would like further information regarding ways you may raise money with the help of Paula’s Donuts, please e-mail us at Paulasdonuts@aol.com
