  • We are closed on Christmas & Easter.

    We close early on: Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Easter Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving

    The rest of the year we are open regular business hours.

  • Currently, Paula's Donuts does not offer gluten-free or vegan donut options. Because we use tree nuts and peanuts on-site daily for popular flavors like Peanut Butter and Coconut, we operate in a shared kitchen space. Cross-contamination can occur, so our products are not recommended for those with severe nut or wheat allergies.

  • To guarantee availability and give our bakers time to craft your giant Custom Texas Donut, we appreciate it if you place an order a day ahead. If this is a last minute idea, please call your nearest Buffalo-area storefront directly to check immediate availability.

  • We run incredible Weekday Daily Deals across all four Buffalo-area storefronts! You do not need a coupon to take advantage of these in-store savings:

    • Mondays: Buy a regular price dozen donuts and get 2 FREE donuts (no limit), or buy 5 specialty flavors and get 1 FREE specialty donut.

    • Tuesdays: Receive a FREE donut with any regular price breakfast sandwich purchase (limit 2), or buy 1 dozen donuts and get 1 dozen Donut Holes FREE (limit 2).

    • Wednesdays: Enjoy 50¢ off a Baker's Dozen (13 total donuts!) with no limits.

    • Thursdays: Score a FREE DONUT with the purchase of any delicious frozen beverage at regular price (limit 2).

    • Fridays: FREE DONUT with the purchase of any beverage with no limits.
